Zendaya never fails to make an impression on the red carpet, and she proved it again at the 2024 Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame Induction Ceremony. The actor-singer pulled off one of her boldest looks as she arrived at the event in a risqué halter gown. The 28-year-old pulled a piece out of fashion archives as she slipped into a Bob Mackie gown to pay homage to the legendary music icon Cher.

Zendaya walked the red carpet in a vintage Bob Mackie design from the fall/winter 2001 runway collection. The piece was a notable choice as the 84-year-old fashion designer is behind curating some of Cher’s most iconic looks. Meanwhile, Zendaya’s latest look was created by longtime stylist, Law Roach. The “Euphoria” star wore a halterneck dress made of semi-sheer beige fabric that is enhanced with sparkly golden lines.
Zendaya’s risqué ensemble featured an open bodice. The torso-baring section was adorned with thin golden straps in a crisscross pattern, which continued to attach to the skirt. The intersection was accentuated with matching long tassels that cascaded down to the legs. Meanwhile, the gown’s low-rise skirt draped around Zendaya’s body while slightly baring the side of her hips. Furthermore, the Bob Mackie design added more drama with a high slit in the center, putting the actor’s legs on display.
The dramatic ensemble also included a white trench coat with a huge collar that was adorned with sparkly golden lines to match the dress. Zendaya also continued to maintain Cher’s energy by keeping her long black hair open. Furthermore, the “Challengers” star completed the look with golden pointy-toed heels.
After walking the red carpet, Zendaya took the stage to honor Cher. The “Dune” actor said, “Thank you for being an advocate, for being an ally, for painting the way for so many humans of all kinds to live in and speak their truth.” Zendaya continued, “And to have the courage to be as daring and as open hearted as you.”
